Charly Boy’s father, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa who died on May 4th
was laid to rest on Saturday, June 28, at his Oguta home town in Imo
State. The son, Charly Boy shared photos from the burial.

Glo Priority as a Proudly Nigerian Telecoms Company – Water Resources Minister
The Minister of Water Resources, Mrs Sarah Reng
Ochekpe, while commissioning Globacom’s communication facilities installed at
the Ministry of Water Resources office, at the Old Secretariat, Area 1, Abuja,
on Wednesday, has commended Globacom for its irrevocable commitment to bridging
communication gaps between the government and the people of Nigeria.
Mrs Ochekpe, said the partnership with Globacom would
greatly enhance communication within the ministry as well as between the
ministry and its publics.
Apete Pedestrian Bridge Must Be Completed Weekend – Ajimobi Orders
The Oyo Governor Ajimobi has stated and directed, while
addressing journalists shortly after an inspection visit to the Apete bridge,
that the contractor handling Apete Bridge and the state Ministry of Works must
ensure that a temporary pedestrian bridge is put in place by this weekend while
the main bridge is to be completed by end of 2014.
The Governor said the bridge could not have been
completed earlier than now because of the revision in design coupled with
additional alterations which had extended the completion date.
