Moderate weather will soon prevail in the delta and Cairo. Temperatures in Cairo were at 38 degrees Celsius on Sunday and expected to further increase by the end of the week, according to forecast estimations.

Egypt's Southern governorates are to be most affected by the heat wave, with Luxor and Aswan reaching 42 degrees Celsius.
