Oshoala Wins CAF Women’s ‘Player of the Year’ for the Fifth Time

Nigeria ’s Super Falcon striker, Asisat Oshoala has been crowned 2022 CAF Women’s ‘Player of the Year’ for the fifth time. The 27-year-old Barcelona star was announced the winner at the Caf Awards ceremony in Rabat, Morocco, on Thursday, July 21, 2022. 

She firstly won the award in 2014. Oshoala was adjudged the best African female footballer in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2019.
